Comments about Howard Miller Kegan Tabletop Clock w Antiqued Pewter Color Finish and Alarm:

I wanted a clock with illuminated numbers so I could see it when I wake up at night. I use it in my office/guestroom. I really like its look and that it is small enough to fit on a end table. The casing is 'faux', but it is pretty solid.(heavy) It has a turn-style alarm (so it cannot be set to the minute if you are wanting that) and there is no snooze. The alarm is a gradually increasing beep-beep, which is good for lighter sleepers. Unfortunately, the handle piece on top is plastic and broke within days of purchase after an accidental fall (on carpet). This was disappointing since , although not super expensive, it wasn't a bargain either. Overall I like it, with some obvious issues.
